By downloading, installing, or using TrySnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. The Service
TrySnap is a mobile application that allows users to create and share images ("snaps") with friends. The App includes features such as:
- Creating snaps with photos, text, and drawings
- Sharing snaps with individuals or groups
- Home Screen widgets to view recent snaps
- Push notifications for new snaps
3. User Accounts
Account Requirements
- You must use Sign in with Apple to create an account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use TrySnap
- One account per person
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create. By sharing content on TrySnap, you grant us a limited license to display it to your intended recipients.
Your Rights
- You own all content you create and share
- You can delete your content at any time
- Your content is only visible to people you share it with

- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate Terms
- We do not claim ownership of your content
5. Subscriptions
TrySnap offers both free and paid subscription options:
Free Tier
- Basic snap creation
- Limited messages
- Limited groups
TrySnap Pro
- Unlimited messages
- Unlimited groups
- Priority support
Subscription Terms
- Billing: Weekly or Yearly through the App Store
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it through the App using the report feature, or contact us directly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Termination
You can terminate your account
At any time by deleting your account through the App settings. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
We may terminate your account
If you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. We will notify you when possible.
9. Disclaimers
TrySnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- The App will be available at all times
- The App will be error-free
- Content shared by other users will be appropriate
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrySnap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to your account
- Content or conduct of other users
11. Intellectual Property
TrySnap, including its logo, design, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
